CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All products sold through Grafx-Teeshirts are custom-made to order based on your specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products are manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed
  • Production typically begins within 2-7 business days of order placement
  • Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of defects, damage, or errors as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all customization details including size, color, and design selections before completing your purchase

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of any designs, text, or images you submit for customization. However, by submitting content to us, you grant Grafx-Teeshirts a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your content does not violate any laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that we believe infringes on intellectual property rights, violates our policies, or is otherwise inappropriate.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors accurately reflects the actual product color. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur and are not considered defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to the terms of any applicable promotion or discount.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on production schedules, shipping carrier performance, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
