SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days after your order is placed, depending on the specific product and current order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production

International Shipping:

  • International Standard: 7-21 business days after production (varies by destination)
  • International Express: 3-7 business days after production (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Total time from order to delivery includes both production time (2-7 days) and shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

International Orders

Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control and are not included in our estimated delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at grafxteeshirts@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and arranging to be home for delivery
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly if a package shows delivered but you haven't received it

If a package is lost in transit (not showing as delivered), please contact us at grafxteeshirts@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately at grafxteeshirts@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  3. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you

PLEASE NOTE: Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we begin production immediately after you place your order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
